FRAX models are available for 66 countries, covering more than 80% of the world&#8217;s at-risk<br \/>\npopulation, and have been included in more than 100 guidelines worldwide.<br \/>\nObjective. To use the Kazakh FRAX model as a screening of the 10-year probability of major fractures among<br \/>\npostmenopausal women and men over 50 years of age in primary health care.<br \/>\nMaterials and Methods. The FRAX calculator was tested by Doctor of City polyclinic No. 36 and in the medical<br \/>\nand social institution &#171;Shanyrak&#187; in Almaty in the work of a geriatrician. A total of 341 patients participated.<br \/>\nResults. 108 (31.6%) patients had a high risk of major fractures. The high risk of major fractures prevailed in<br \/>\nwomen, elderly, Russian nationality.<br \/>\nDiscussion.
