CONCEPT OF COMPREHENSIVE MONITORING AND THERAPY OF TUBERCULOSIS USING NANOTECHNOLOGY<\/p>\n

Introduction.<\/strong> Drug-resistant tuberculosis remains a major challenge in modern phthisiopulmonology. Advances in nanobiosensors, targeted drug-delivery systems, and digital monitoring provide a rationale for integrating diagnostic and therapeutic technologies within a personalized platform.<\/p>\n

Objective<\/strong>. To develop the conceptual architecture of the integrated FS 8\/1 SSA platform for diagnosis, treatment support, and monitoring of patients with tuberculosis, including multidrug-resistant and extensively drug-resistant forms.<\/p>\n

Materials and Methods<\/strong>. This is a conceptual study. The platform architecture was developed through analysis and synthesis of the scientific literature cited in the manuscript on nanobiosensors, nanocarrier systems, nanozymes, immunomodulation, and digital monitoring. Three functional modules – diagnostic, therapeutic, and monitoring – were integrated into a single model.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Results.<\/strong> A three-module FS 8\/1 SSA model was formulated. The diagnostic module is designed to register biological signals associated with Mycobacterium tuberculosis activity and provide visual interpretation; the therapeutic module combines nanozyme-mediated effects, targeted delivery of anti-tuberculosis drugs, and local immunomodulation; and the monitoring module provides dynamic observation and data transfer for clinical assessment. A three-level SSA color-alert system is proposed for visualization.<\/p>\n

Discussion.<\/strong> Published evidence supports the potential of the individual technologies incorporated into the model; however, their combined efficacy and safety within FS 8\/1 SSA have not been experimentally or clinically validated. The concept therefore requires stepwise validation of biomarkers and sensors, assessment of nanomaterial biocompatibility and toxicity, evaluation of drug-delivery pharmacokinetics, immunomodulation safety, and reliability of the digital monitoring pathway.
\nConclusion<\/strong>. FS 8\/1 SSA is a conceptual model integrating nanotechnology and digital monitoring for personalized tuberculosis treatment support. At present, it should not be regarded as a clinically validated technology; its potential benefits require confirmation in laboratory, preclinical, and subsequent clinical studies.<\/p>\n
